Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Town Center

The tv was not working. 2 different people came and tried to fix it. At 10:20 pm they offered to give us a new room. Who wants to move at 10:20 pm. They obviously did not know the first thing about fixing it. The next morning someone came and fixed it within 2 minutes! He said the cables had been switched, probably kids playing video games, obviously the people staying before us. The pillows were terrible My daughter and her family, just a few doors down, had a condom wrapper fall out from behind the more when one of the children touched the mirror The lobby is clean and front desk people were great, but the quality has gone down over the last couple years. The pool is gone and you Can go yo another facility to use their pool.

We had an ocean view room. The windows were not very clean but the view was very pretty. The bathroom, floors and lobby were all very clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was super delicious and the staff are always smiling and always helping us. The pool and bar was also great and super clean

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful with our requirements and our breakfast was made to order. This location was close to where we needed to be, and close enough to get an Uber Chauffeur to Washington DC. It was only a short distance from Dulles, and the airport shuttle was on demand. We would recommend this hotel.

I like everything pretty much

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. Everything was in perfect working order and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The room is very quiet and well insulated from ambient noise. The balcony and the round, curvy sofa was a major plus. The hotel’s location being close to the Dulles Town Center mall and other restaurants and shops, was a major reason we chose to stay here. The front desk staff were as first rate as this hotel.
