The Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Town Center does not offer complimentary coffee or continental breakfast. While the room we had was perfect for us so we had easy access to take our dog out as needed, the room itself didn't look prepared for guests.

"Will not return "

I have zero complaints about cleanliness or staff. But the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows flimsy, the climate control INCREDIBLY loud and the light from the hallway made the room bright no matter what we did

Used shuttle from/to airport, saved me renting a car. But only a few dining options in walking distance as a result, so a car would have been useful if I had been staying longer. Shower temperature was not consistent. That’s my only real complaint. Staff were wonderful and location met my needs perfectly.

"Had a superb stay here."

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Our room was functionally perfect and impeccably clean. We found the room to be very comfortable and quiet, allowing us to enjoy relaxing there during our stay here. We found the restaurant and the gym to be an asset, and the restaurant itself serves up very decent food for reasonable prices. We also liked that this hotel is close to the Dulles Town Center, and many other shops within a close driving distance. And the hotel staff are as always, top notch. They are great in every aspect. This is among the best hotels close to Dulles airport. Our experience here was as consistently excellent as it has been in the past. Look forward to staying here again soon.

"A picture is not worth a thousand words."

The photos do not capture how dark and uninviting this hotel is. It's a very old property and whoever spent money trying to spruce it up failed. The lobby is dark, small and dreary. The rooms are updated in the bedroom, but the bathroom areas are terrible. Chipping paint, tiny sink, tiny bathtub/shower, toilet for midgets with the toilet seat not staying up. Cannot imagine how this location qualified for a 4.5 star rating. Whoever rated it must have stayed elsewhere.
