Restaurant hours and cook are far from acceptable. You need to wait a hr just to put in an order. The cook is running the counter and the back. Same excuse every day. Didn’t even offer coffee. Should put this on our bonvoy since food is included for three days and when didn’t get any food. 9:30a comes around he shuts the light off and gone. Horrible place.

The staff was amazing

I had to switch rooms multiple times because the tv stop working. The cleaning staff touched my belongings while clean which I personally have mixed feeling about while I appreciate them cleaning - and doing a great job- I’m not okay with strangers touching my stuff.

The bathroom smelled like a there was a back up. It was very off putting. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa was dirty.

Dark parking lot with a sign "not responsible for theft" . My room was great. In the morning the person that opened the breakfast area and supplied the starbucks coffee never came to work so nobody else took care of it, rather annoying.
