"Fix Netflix connection."

Nice hotel, but no amenities. Netflix didn’t work the evening we were there. Bummer.

"Renovated But Services are Dismal"

The hotel has been renovated but that is where the good news ends. The staff is far less than welcoming. Complimentary coffee is available only on the weekends. A cup of coffee otherwise is $4.50 - outrageous! What they call housekeeping is available every other day - but then they supply clean towels & empty the trash only. No clean sheets, no vacuuming, nothing. The staff at their bistro is surly and less than customer oriented. The bathroom sink area is small, barely room for a toothbrush. There are none of the usual bathroom amenities. The hotel pool and hottub are filthy - absolutely discussing!
