I had no heat. There was a curtain hook in the bed. Snacks was very expensive. Bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the shower. No condiments for coffee in the am.

We showed up to our hotel at 4:30(1.5 hrs after the 3:00 checkin) and there were no rooms ready. I booked my room 2 months before actual day. Front desk person made every excuse why our room was not ready. Then we get to our room and the bathroom wasnt cleaned( there was poop on the toilet) , no phone in the room. We will NOT stay there again.

"We will not stay there again."

The location was great because we had an even at the conference center.

There was no hot water and the staff was rude.
