Courtyard by Marriott Concord

Hotel is clean and neat. The desk/table was a bit banged up on the edges but the whole room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and linens are, as expected, very nice and comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and very much appreciated during this cold winter. The front desk person was very nice.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance work and the pictures of the pool were very misleading. The bar wasn't open and you could only order from the restaurant type area. It had more of a to- go vibe and not a restaurant like expected. The shower water pressure was terrible. It did not have a "Marriott" presence but more of a motel.

I travel for work and whenever I can I stay at one of the Marriott properties. They are always clean and well run. Most importantly, the staff is always helpful and intelligent so issues that could be problems don't even become issues. The only downside to this hotel was that the cafe was overpriced and underwhelming. But it's concord so there are plenty of places to eat in the area that serve good/ethnic/creative food depending on what you want to eat.

The staff was exceptional

The room amenities were minimal. There was not a microwave in the room. There was no breakfast included, though the reservation stated that there was. They only offer an extremely overpriced bistro restaurant. Definitely not worth the price for what the room cost though the facilities were clean and reasonably comfortable.

Nice property, fantastic staff. The advertised EV chargers were all broken and out of service, apparently have been for years! As a destination, this left us scrambling to find a place to charge. Concord, as a city, is way behind the curve on charging infrastructure! There is a Supercharger, but only 2 public non-Tesla chargers. I’d stay at the Best Western, where they have chargers, we had to leave the car overnight next to the police station, and take cabs to and from the hotel! Front desk staff was awesome, they would have driven us, let us charge at their home or lent us their car. Marriott Need’s to get with it and Do Better.

My room felt like an apartment. It had a couch, a desk and the biggest tv Ive seen in any hotel. Super convenient to downtown Concord. Starbucks in the lobby. Very chill atmosphere and everyone was very friendly, Ill definitely stay there again.
