Majority of the visit was okay. The front desk staff isn't the nicest, except one person. The room had a smell when you walk in. The bathtub was slippery.

Hotel sehr leicht von der Autobahn kommend zu erreichen und trotzdem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplatz vor der Tür (aber $38/Tag) Zimmer groß und seh gut, wenn auch etwas nüchtern eingerichtet

Das Zimmer wurde nach der 1. Nacht nicht gereinigt. An der Rezeption erklärte man uns unfreundlich, dass wir das bei Check-in hätten beantragen müssen !! In einem 4* Hotel?? Ich bat zumindest um frische Handtücher. Haben wir trotz Zusage nicht bekommen

The staff was great. Very polite and efficient. The AC wasn’t working properly in our room and the carpet needed to be shampooed. The smell in the room wasn’t pleasant. The supplies in the bathroom were empty. The bed was very comfortable. The parking garage was gross. There was trash everywhere and it smelled so bad.

The Courtyard in Providence is a lovely hotel, staffed by a great team. We stayed during a visit to tour Brown. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Amtrak and 15 minutes from Brown. The room was comfortable and quiet. Note, the Courtyard is not participating in the Marriott free breakfast program.
