Über Booking.com ein Zimmer für 3 Personen mit Schlafsofa reserviert. Sofa war nicht vorbereitet kein Bettzeug vorhanden. Das gebuchte Frühstück wurde uns erst nach Diskussion zugestanden. Zimmerpreis wurde von Kreditkarte zweimal abgebucht. Reklamation per E-Mail wurde nicht beantwortet. Erst nach Beschwerde über Visa erfolgte die Berichtigung.

Paid extra for parking and then the room was dirty. No vending machines, limited options in “the market”.

The breakfast was expensive and not good.Dont mind spending the money if the equality is there.French toast with strawberries should have at least one whole strawberry not four pieces.

Just okay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the station for anyone passing through.

For the price of the room we were incredibly disappointed. Parking was an additional fee, the shower drain was completely clogged, the building felt outdated, the coffee machine was broken, and the sounds from the main road were very loud at night.

Not much for the price and all night motorcycles racing in the street/.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was convenient

The room was dated and smelt bad. There were not enough towels. Whilst we were there a bedside light broke exposing live wires. We reported this twice, with pictures, and nothing was done. My son had to sleep next to live wires which is extremely dangerous. The hotel didn’t seem to care. The water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. The lift was broken and quite honestly, for what we paid, it was atrocious!

Good location at city Centre Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Spacious rooms. Could not sleep well, as light from opposite building penetrated through the window curtain. No daily room cleaning or change of towel, unless requested. Restaurant is good and relatively less expensive, but not excellent. They have no airport shuttle service or contract with taxi companies. Faced difficulty in getting one in early morning on departure date. Staff were friendly. Though I informed late arrival by one day due to flight cancellation, they cancelled full five days booking and rebooked only after long arguments. They debited one full day’s price from credit card. Not so easy to contact them through email. They acknowledged my mail, but did not give a proper reply.
