I never complain or write reviews, so this is an absolute first for me… but I feel like I need to let others know about my experience. I booked this hotel for two nights and ended up leaving after just one. This was by far the most run-down and unkempt hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were disgusting. The floors were filthy. The bathroom was even worse shape… there was a giant hole in the wall near the tub, and the entire bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The room felt damp and sticky, including the floor and even the bed itself. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers in my Nike Tech sweatsuit with the hoodie on because I didn’t even feel comfortable getting under the sheets. The next morning, I gathered my things and got the hell out of there. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff member I dealt with was exceptionally kind and an absolute sweetheart. Unfortunately, great customer service alone cannot make up for how terrible the condition of the hotel room was. This place honestly needs to be bulldozed and completely rebuilt from the ground up. Clean, Quiet

Would like free breakfast

This was a nice hotel. Our room though was facing the highway so there was a lot of traffic noise and we really didn't want to use the balcony even though it was nice out. It was to have the Tesla charging right there. Staff was very nice. Was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast included.
