Room was clean and front counter staff was friendly.

The tv was out dated. The bistro was not functional. I attempted to order 3 different times and was told 20 minutes or more before they could even take my order

Breakfast was not included with the stay but we paid the up charge. Since the hotel was recently under new management, they didn’t have some of the offerings and were not familiar with procedures. They will undoubtedly get things ironed out. The room was quiet and comfortable which was the most important aspect.

Staff two-faced talking to them in person really extremely nice but when it comes down to the motel being in the wrong charge my girlfriend is starting her menstrual cycle in the bed while she was sleeping charged me over $100 for a sheet in the towel you can't help nature they were extremely rude non-negotiable would not ever stay there again and highly recommend no one staying there service is s***** and the staff is shooting the owners are shooting
