We had insects in the room and no tissues. Bathroom had a slippery tub and no grab bars. Sink faucet leaked. Breakfast were overpriced, cold and very old.

Nice property for the pricey

Charged for obscene charges all staff but the maid service was rude even ownership even management was not treated fairly and way overcharged even staff was rude to Expedia

Issues Encountered: 1. Unwelcoming Front Desk Experience: Upon arrival, the front desk agent was cold, unwelcoming, and did not acknowledge Elite status. There was no greeting, no thank you, and no effort to build rapport. She simply handed over the keys and mentioned breakfast was available for a fee and pool closed. 2. Incorrect Room Assignment: We were initially given a room that did not match our reservation. When we returned to the front desk to address this, the agent did not apologize or speak to us. she silently took the keys and reassigned us a new room. 3. Unsanitary Conditions and Missing Amenities: The sofa bed in the new room was visibly stained and dirty. When we looked for linens and pillows, none were provided. Upon returning to the front desk, we were told there were no pillows available for the sofa bell. This is unacceptable, especially when the room was booked for three guests. And again the sofa bed was disgusting. 4. Lack of Empathy and Resolution: I expressed my frustration and requested to cancel the reservation so we could move to another hotel. The agent was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no understanding or willingness to resolve the issue. This experience was not only disappointing but also stressful for my family. The lack of basic hospitality, cleanliness, and essential amenities made our stay extremely uncomfortable. It also undermines the trust and loyalty I’ve built with Marriott over the years. At this point i requested to get a refund and to find another hotel that would accommodate and have all the amenities but this front desk lacked understanding and wanted to make it harder on us. As if the conditions of this hotel weren’t bad already. I immediately lost trust in their sanitation and I definitely didn’t want to stay there with that type of interaction. They didn’t deserve our money. I chose Marriott over other hotel chains to continue building my loyalty status, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider that decision. More importantly, the front desk agent’s dismissive behavior damages the reputation of your brand. She did not represent Marriott’s values or commitment to guest loyalty.

Everything about this motel was but I considered top notch

We would never stay there again & we will be coming to that area several times a year since our daughter & her family live in the area. No breakfast - unless you paid $35.00 for hardly anything - the shower door would not stay closed so water was on the floor - there were blood stains on the side of one mattress yuck! Indoor pool was closed the entire time & the daytime front desk chick was a real piece of work - she needs to get over herself! The evening front desk lady was so nice & helpful - we stayed 4 nights & it sure was the crappiest Marriott we have ever stayed in & we travel a lot!

There was nothing I didn't like

Room was filthy, took a shower and grabbed a towel and a Palmetto bug (roach) came out of the towel. Went down for breakfast and they told me and the wife we don’t do breakfast, when in fact when we checked in we were told breakfast was from 6:00-9:30am. Folks at counter in the morning had no personality. Don’t get the king bed with a sofa bed. Mattress on the sofa bed is horrible unless you like to feel springs and the bars. Rooms on the back side are noisy with the hwy traffic. Overall worst Marriott we stayed at.
