Bed was comfy....Staff was friendly

I liked everything

Stayed here last night after traveling all day. We stopped due to icy roads conditions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we down to lobby the next day some of the same staff from the night before were still there. They stayed overnight due to the weather. Even though they were busy, the staff made sure every guest that came in was welcomed. Special thanks to Sherry, Nefertiti and Amanda.

Price and location

A little old and dated.

Alisha was great , she helped me with everything I needed with a smile on her face. She was extremely polite, and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before sending me on my way.

The fact that the breakfast menu wasn’t detailed on what you could get and could not get.

It was an ok stay & could’ve been better by making sure the room are actually clean & no bugs

The room wasn’t clean enough & the room had roaches

Location and attentive staff.

I reserved a handicap accesible room. The handicap bath was difficult to use, because there was a bathtub, not a zero entry shower, as is expected most ADA approved properties and the sprayer was located much too high to reach. The switch on the light by the left side of the bed could not be reached while in bed, because it was located on the far side of the light. More importantly, a very strong smelling cleaning agent that had just been used in the lobby caused me to have an asthmatic attack. A very kind maintenance man saw me struggling to breathe while waiting for the elevator, and rushed to ask if I needed help. He offered to get someone to come to the room to check on me. Fortunately, my husband came in just behind me and helped me get to the room.
