Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Airport

Nicely updated and clean. King size bed was comfy and the location was located near the fairgrounds where we were going to an event. Staff was all very friendly.

Breakfast was not included. The “bistro” was out of all the interesting sounding things on the menu so we ended up spending newrly $50 for a plain bagel and cream cheese, 3 muffins, 2 juices and a coffee. The pull out sofa was rock hard. We wish there was a hot tub at the indoor pool. And parking was not included either??

The convenience

Our rooms bathroom door didn't close. And the shower had low water pressure.

I spent a week (M-F) at this hotel for a business trip in the area. It is very close to the airport. It is also close to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel surroundings are kept clean. The interiors are also kept clean. My room had a balcony, and it was clean and spacious. The fridge and the A/C worked just fine. Hot water and a good shower head. The only thing was that the shower drain was a little slow. The internet speed was high and it only dropped once. Very good value.

Comfortable, fair in price, clean.

Twice that I contacted Booking.com you indicated to me that there was a continental breakfast. You also had this on the information I printed by booking.com. Yet , in the morning there was no free breakfast of any kind included. I felt that this was false advertising by booking.com and I felt cheated. We like The Marriott chain but you have taught me that I need to work directly with the hotel, and not trust Booking.com.

Great Hotel and close to airport!

Staff was extremely friendly

I reserved a room for 3 adults and 1 child and was supposed to get 2 beds and a couch. At least, that's what the picture of the room showed. I got a room with one bed and a fold out bed. I may have slept 2 hours and was in pain the whole night. I won't be back!

Restaurant on site with bar. Nice room all amenities breakfast included. Near airport.
