Absolutely beautiful and well kept hotel. Lilo made the best chicken queso and I was greeted with a great big smile from the hostess.

Cleanliness

The front desk staff was eating as she checked us in. We were not greeted with courtesy. Instead a gentleman came out and stated she’s eating and will be with you shortly. I thought that’s rude.

There was advertised a shuttle service to the airport. When we returned from our long trip, we were told the shuttle service was not working and they would call us a yellow taxi. We had to wait an hour for the taxi to pick us up and get us back to the hotel where we PAID money to leave our car. We feel we should be compensated for our inconvenience. It was late at night and we still had an hour and a half drive home. We will never stay there again because of this inconvenience.
