Grand Villa Inn Galleria

The Grand Villa Inn Galleria is misleading the hotel rather motel it is not a hotel and not near the Galleria. It is in a questionable part of town with fantasy and bars close by the Inn. And the location is by a street named Beverly Hills. Someone had an odd since of humor.

Warm front desk service, property looks recently renovated and if not, very well kept! Great value for a comfortable stay. Large bathroom counter, large lighted mirror for the make up girlies, fridge/freezer, full length mirror. Everything was very clean, no damp smell! One opportunity would be to either get washable couch covers or invest in faux leather couches that are made in the same style as in the room, that I’ve seen in other hotels; they are wipeable! Couch is made of fabric and had a teeny stain or two. This was all in all the best overall stay on our trip! Very happy!

They cool, prejudiced but cool

Told me i could check in early ended up waiting a hour in a half no ac in lobby was sweati g and the guy in charge goes to church while we were waiting the whole time. Was very rude to us and did not care if we were upset. Very unprofessional business being ran

Great location, and very good hotel Smooth Check In and Check Out Room was clean

Was clean and quiet.

Everything was fine. At first, they gave us a room that smelled strongly like someone had smoked there, but we asked to change and it was better. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The only thing I complain about is that there wasn't a blanket, but what was on the bed felt like a tablecloth and wasn't warm enough.

Ghetto property management. We received a call at 10:50 telling us we were past check out time (which was 11am) and we were right by the office visibly putting our bags in the car. They will charge you 50$ if you want to check in more than an hour early, and 10$ if you want to check in 30 minutes early. The rooms are decent for a two star hotel but you can find much better staff somewhere else!

I would suggest cleaning and wiping off the shower and the ac buttons as that’s the first things I noticed. The other thing was some towels were dirty. Overall they did get to my issues and concerns quickly. Overall nice hotel for the price and very convenient to walk around locally.
