The hotel itself is well maintained and the rooms renovated and clean. I had a full size fridge and mini hot plate in my room. The area around hotel seems ok but I was there as a single female and a homeless man got naked and walked up to me so I no longer felt safe in the area. Not the hotels fault but I was told it’s not the best location safety wise. My last night they lost power so no AC or anything last night.

The price for the room was amazing! The inside was so cute, and the space was very roomy. It was so clean inside and the fridge and microwave were a great touch. I had no issues with parking. Would stay again.

I booked a stay here on Hotels.com. I had until 2pm to cancel the reservation and at 1:56, I made the request. The "virtual agent" got hung up and at 2:04, I finally called hotels.com. They called the Grand Villa Inn and requested a refund for me. It was denied. Not only was I only 4 minutes late with my second request, but it was not my fault that my first and legit cancellation request was not processed. The Grand Villa should have canceled the reservation.

It can be said that the hotel is ok, the room is spacious and fully equipped, one thing I don't like is that the pillows and blankets are a bit dirty. Spacious and safe parking, enthusiastic staff.
