The staff member that I know of are absolutely brilliant! They have made me and my family welcome like Alwin very polite,formal always willing to help with needs without complaints a very nice man to help out,Rachael always making sure that we had everything we needed polite, friendly always smiling very professional I can't say nothing about her, Maria a great manager!! Couldn't ask for a better manager also polite and happy, Manuel always happy never complains again always willing to help with no negativity and emilano brilliant housekeeper!! Very polite and makes sure everything is what we want or need I really praise this place with the staff mentioned highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay!! Brilliant service!!

We travelled for an event and had a good short stay at days inn membury. The staff is so friendly. The rooms was spacious and clean. Economically priced and you get what you pay for. Non interrupted sleep, very quite and peace. Comfortable beds and shower was powerful. The receptionist Alwin was really wonderful. Has the best knowledge about the job and surrounding areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family

Amazing stay, hotel in brilliant location, clean and fresh bedding and the room was clean and fresh, the weather was very hot but the room was cool and the windows were left open and fan was on. Checking in was quick, easy brilliant. Rooms do need updating but for what I needed it for was brilliant. Will definitely recommend. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, very quiet you don’t hear no traffic, bedding was clean and fresh, room smelt fresh and was very clean. The lady night porter very rude. The lady checking us out was lovely and amazing. Will definitely use again. The hotel does need updating but it does the job.

The friendly helpful man on reception was this hotels saving grace. There was no internet or loo roll and the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired!

The staff were fabulous. Greeting us in arrival and when i requestsd a 2nd pillow despite advising this may be different as they were fully booked. The receptionist managed to get 2 extra pillow's. Was also very helpful advising us how to get out by car when we were going out for dinner. The rooms themselves were very tired and need an update the bathroom especially. There is no free wifi, qe originally onlt had 1 pillow each. The corridor smelt very strongly of cannabis. We mentioned this to the receptionist..We paid over the odds for the night in our opinion and for the things mentioned we would expect more.

We stayed one night at the Days Inn hotel, and I’m very glad it was only for one night. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rest of the experience was quite poor. The entire hotel, including the rooms and shared areas, felt very outdated and had an unpleasant smell throughout. The so-called "full great breakfast" was a complete letdown – the selection was underwhelming, and the cleanliness of the cutlery was truly shocking. It made us question the overall hygiene standards. There is no dedicated hotel parking either. Instead, you have to use the general Welcome Break car park, which you must pay for separately – quite inconvenient for hotel guests. To add to the disappointment, WiFi isn’t free, which feels out of touch with basic modern expectations. For the price we paid, the experience offered very little in terms of comfort or satisfaction. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return and cannot recommend this hotel.

Alwin checked us in quick (and sold me beers) and was great. Lovely stay and enjoyed it for an inexpensive night while traveling.
