Don’t buy the breakfast, my mushrooms tasted of bleach!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel room in my life. There was dirt, scuff and repaint marks on the walls, thick dust collected along the floor edge, paint on the curtains, TV unit and mirror, broken and unusable plug sockets (of which there was only one available in the entire room), stain marks on the floor and chair, broken and rotten shirting board and door frame around the bathroom, stained and filthy toilet fixtures, thick, chunky clumps of dust in the extractor fan and grime everywhere in general. This room was disgusting. The only nice element was leaving. I have complained directly to the hotel (as nobody was around on check-out), and am awaiting a reply and resolution. I will update my review, if I can, on how my complaint was handled. For the time being, I highly advise you find somewhere else to stay. I was only there for one night, but massively regret it and wished I had paid more and stayed somewhere else. I am aware that Days Inn is more toward the budget end of the hotel scale, but what I experienced was unacceptable and I do not believe (at least my room) is fit for guests to stay in. Note - this review relates only to the Days Inn hotel itself (and specifically room 3). The Welcome Break amenities are completely separate and were perfectly fine.

A really warm welcome from friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed such as tea coffee, kettle, t.v and towels. We had breakfast at The Good Breakfast at the services was amazing. Highly recommended. A particular thank you to Alwin, Manuel and the manager Maria

Wonderful staff, especially Alwin, who went extra mile to meet my particular needs. The reception and housekeeping team us very friendly. About the room, the beds arw comfortable and large. And been cleaned daily based. The place is economic priced but some nights can be expensive but not a rip off. There is a microwave and toaster in the reception free to use. I would be definitely staying here again for my work and would recommend for other colleagues and friends

We travelled for work and had a good stay at days inn membury. The room was spacious and well cleaned. We had a lovely sleep over the night we would definitely recommend the place to friends and family The receptionist Alwin is a helpful men and has lots knowledge of the job. Helped us to book direct with hotel and offered free parking, and told us to book direct always.
