Days Inn by Wyndham Membury M4

I would like to share great experience with Day Inn Membury M4. Very convenient for us to go work early morning and not far away from Eboladrome for supercar driving experience(our job). Even though we have to pay parking £10 for 2 nights but still cheaper than others competitors for 3 of us. Simple room and slightly warm in ours during our stay but member staff of Alwin & Steffi providing good services. Highly recommended and we will be back next year !

Our band, B.A.D. Has been on tour in the UK and beyond since the 3rd of September. We’ve encountered nothing but incredibly welcoming fans and gracious people in general. Maria, the manager of this establishment was certainly no exception. She got my guitar player/best friend Ron and I in immediately, even though we had arrived well before check in. i’ve had several meaningful conversations with her from everything about Naples, Italy, where she’s from to Travel, food, and everything else in between. What a pleasure it has been meeting her. Exceptional service and kindness. She even helped with with my Italian I’ve been learning!

I traveled with my family to the Cotswolds. When we arrived at the hotel, I had made a mistake with the booking. Alwin was at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and assisted us at every turn. It's very rare to find someone as kind as Alwin. The room was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We highly recommend it. Amazing stay check in easy, bed and room smelt fresh. Room clean and tidy. Did not hear no motor way traffic. Will use again

A pleasant, quiet and clean room with everything we needed. Breakfast if needed in adjacent services. Alwin at reception is a credit to the hotel who goes above and beyond to give guests help and guidance. We certainly had a happy experience and heartily recommend this for a basic overnight stay. Excellent Stay

We booked a one night stay to break our late night journey from Heathrow to our home in South west Wales. Great price was the attraction as well as location,Owing to delay in leaving Heathrow I was concerned about a late arrival. We rang the hotel and they said there was no problem as they wait until 3am to register a no-show. My sat nav got totally confused and directed us to the service area on the east bound side of the M4. We were instructed that there was an unofficial route to cross the motor way but we got confused and again spoke to the the hotel , the member of staff on duty , Manuel , was so helpful and he stayed on the phone and talked us through the rote and we managed to find the hotel. Prior check-in online made our arrival painless . Our room, 116, was clean with the normal range of free extras however the room was a bit tired, the curtains need rehanging and one of the light shades on the bed lights had a damaged shade and a large crack in the hand basin in the bathroom. The whole hotel could do with a make-over as it's definitely showing it's age, I must mention Manuel again as he showed exceptional customer service skills and deserves some recognition from his employer.

Alwin went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy walk in booking experience. Thank you so much Alwin, I had been travelling all day and was exhausted so I was very grateful for his helpfulness and high level of professionalism.
