Days Inn by Wyndham Membury M4

We had a lovely stay recently. Great parking facilities next to services. The bed and pillows were lovely the breakfast was stunning. Alwin the receptionist was helpful. I would recommend the hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Very comfortable stay for my partner and I over a few weeks, great customer service. Shout out to Alwin at the front desk, very accommodating chap!

Fantastuc trip to the days inn at membury we always stay there as the hotel staff are amazing. Alwin and Elise are just wonderful there was nothing that wasnt too much trouble for them. We asked a iron board and iron instead of waiting Alwin came up to our room and handed it to us. Thank you for all the help during our stay. We will be coming back soon.

Would recommend booking direct to avoid additional car park charges. Basic but clean and good value for 1 ngt stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Wonderful staff, especially Maria Very pleased with the whole experience and what an amazing price. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms very clean. I paid very less compared to other place. This is family friendly and pet friendly place there is a small change for pets I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family

We stayed a week for work The rooms are very comfortable and customers service was excellent. We were initially allocated an upstairs room. But the man at reception (Alwin) quick reallocated us ground floor as i have mobility issues. Definitely a kind and helpful man and is a gem to the team

Receptionist (Alwin) very friendly and helpful, esp re parking situation and my dissatisfaction at being asked to pay, so would not use hotels.com again for causing this misunderstanding. Room as expected, basic but clean and perfectly fine for our 1 ngt stay

We stopped by in this hotel and it is not the first time…. The staff is lovely and the rooms have all you need. It is very quiet place even if it is on the motorway

From the outside it looks shabby and unwelcoming. Room was dirty and very worn, walls marked and scuffed, furniture unclean. Towels in bathroom were not fresh and obviously previously used. Luckily there were spares folded on the shelf. One pillow case was dirty with a footprint on it! Instant coffee and tea, but no milk or creamer. Being charged £5 to park at a motorway service station motel is utterly ridiculous. Booking.com charged £10 for breakfast but at the reception it's advertised as £8.95. But, it's the worst full English breakfast I've ever had, served by the fast food outlet inside the service station. The only thing good was the friendly staff on reception, a small mercy. I will definitely never return to this place, it's absolutely not value for money, almost abhorrent.
