Days Inn by Wyndham Membury M4

Hi my mum was very very good The rumor spotlessly clean The shower was baking hot The downside is you had to pay £5 parking But that's not much downside The reception staff of friendly And is in a good location I could not give this hotel a 10 star review

All very nice and pleasant The rooms was clean and had everything you need plus extras available on the reception desk The staff was welcoming and professional

Stayed to put my head down for a night before heading overseas on a trip. Really comfortable bed and the team were friendly.

It was difficult to find the hotel in the dark within the service station. Receptionist was good but everything else was very poor. Rooms lacked comfort. Our room was cold and heater did not work. Breakfast voucher was for adjacent services and only redeemable for a cooked breakfast. They would not swap for a far cheaper toasted tea cake so we had to buy that on top of the £10 already paid. Car park £5 fee was not included in the hotel price (obviously guests staying in a motorway service station would need transport to get there? ) and the rooms were far more expensive than our previous night's stay over 200 miles away. Other guests inconsiderately were drinking in the lobby till 3am then continued the party in rooms above us meaning we had very little sleep. Receptionist apologised but it clearly was not her fault.

Very convenient for a break of journey after time in London . It’s about an hour from Heathrow.You might wonder why the rooms have wide doors- the answer is that this is apparently a former military hospital which has been repurposed. Worth remembering that if you book on the Wyndham website car parking is free but MUST register at reception. This property could use a refresh of things like the beds. Caution advised with their use of dynamic pricing- there are regular functions locally that drive up the room rate. Any shortcomings were amply compensated for by Alwin in reception. I hope the management realise what an asset he is to their business.

Nice place to stay overnight and rest at the Welcome Break in Membury services on the M4. Both staff at the reception - Alvin and Steffi - were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Steffi kindly showed us a few of the empty rooms before we could made up our mind whether to stay or not. The place is very decent, clean and quiet to stay. Alvin gave us a discount on the advertised price and we stayed comfortably for one night. Thank you.

Days Inn at Membury was an ideal stay for business trip. The reception upon arrival was really great; Sheffield and Alvin made me feel welcome, and very kind. My room was decent enough though tired decorations but neat and well layed out. The only complaint was that there was no body wash in the bathroom. Would I repeat my stay for same purpose? It’s a yes.

Just wanted to say how well the place is run and especially the help from Alwin & Steffi who was on her first day..!! Easy to park..!! Room was clean and tidy.
