Price and location. Beds very comfortable.

No heated towel rail in bathroom. Small heater in room and no air con. 3 lights by bed and only 1 worked. 1 no bulb.

Everything, I call it my hidden gem, for a service station hotel this one is excellent, hidden in folliage, great chef for breakfast and dinner and close enough to drive into Bristol :)

Nice even though it was in a services, it was very quiet

We did hve to change rooms as the light switch next to the bed didn’t work, we went to the front desk and they changed our room immediately

Night staff and cleaning staff helpful

I was cold in the room , and overnight. The entrance … sloping red concrete to the car park — was dangerously uneven, very badly done. It needs to be re modelled as a matter of urgency. The entrance pathway is poorly lit for returning at night. There was no emergency call system in the bedroom .. expected in accessible rooms.
