Location is okay.

Dirty room. Toilet roll and ear buds lying under the wash hand basin in the room. Bedside lights were not working.

Room was lovely. So comfortable, quiet. Everything was there that was needed

Maybe just a little understaffed. One gentleman seemed to be doing everything. Check out only one member staff & she was tied up with complicated questions from someone looking to book at end of month.

Great location for my event. I liked being able to pop out on foot to the motorway services to grab some food for dinner.

Everything was perfect. Its was clean, staff very polite and very helpful. We ordered food on the evening and it didn't disappoint, it was excellently cooked. We paid for breakfast when we booked. We asked the chef for fried eggs cos they only had scrambled eggs and he cooked them straight away. We'll definitely return for our 4th visit.

We was put in a room next to the corridor door so everytime someone opened it, it banged and kept waking us up. If they slow down the door when closing, it wouldn't bang
