"Booked for the view, cleanliness was disappointing!"

You can't beat the view in the falls view jacuzzi room. It's what we booked for.

Cleanliness. The hotel looked unclean in all hallways, dirty carpets never hoovered it would seem, rubbish in corridors for 2 days etc.
