Request room 111! It was remodeled and in the back. Nice service, loud area, no parking, and the beginnings of a remodel.
Cost us 30 more dollars to get a room that a human would sleep in
We were an hour late bc there was not hot water in the morning. We called front desk and clerk was rude. I felt we should have been compensated for the trouble. I am pregnant and had to shower in ice cold water. Was not inmprssed
Awful air conditioning, bed, TV. No shower curtain. General aura of the hotel was sketchy.

The room is very small but we are only here to sleep.
There was a shooting on the street,so it was blocked off. The outside of the hotel was HORRIBLE at first glance. Could not believe it was a Howard Johnson. Rooms even tho were clean,looked aged. Hallways look dirty. I guess the 1st floor had renovations. The the second floor where we were was just nasty. Even the taxi driver told us we should leave,told us the workers go thru our stuff when we are not there. Said crack heads are frequent there.
Close to downtown, clean, very tired stuff, seems they have not enough time for their guests.
