no parking, no elevator, shoe box sized room, door would not close on its own, street cars very noisy
Public parking 5 minute walk away in seedy neighbourhood that was full. Stairway covered in towels to soak up unknown mess.tiny rooms.tiny tv.people sleeping in lobby. Strange smells in halls.door knob fell off inside room trapping me.but.room was clean.
The hotel is very close to a train station. But the noise of the train made me hard to sleep. Also, the room is small, the bedding looks really dirty.
The parking was very difficult to find, and the front desk person was not very helpful in trying to find it. Later on, when we tried to leave our room, our door was locked and we could not get it open from the inside. When I tried to use the phone to call the front desk, the line would not connect. The window in the room did not actually open; it was just a pane of glass. If we did not have our cell phones to call the front desk, we would not have been able to leave the room. Once the door was finally opened, we were given a different room. However, we found bugs in the beds in the new room. We ended up checking out and sleeping in my car.
Filth crusted on carpets, moldy smells, cockroaches in room
We walked in. Manager was arguing with a customer on the phone.He was accusing him destroying his two mattresses by peeing on them. Also a fight was going on in the lobby with a drug deal went wrong.I stood there for 20 mins and was just ignored. My room was booked and paid prior to my arrival and found out they have no rooms available.I was told they will try to get drunk out of one of the bed and may have a room for me later. I left and asked for the money and they refused .Hotel is very deceitfully advertised. I am not exxorating . PLEASE this hotel is only suitable for desperate people. I even feel sorry for them because they don,t even deserve that. SO they swallowed my $160
Rude Recieption
I felt like the decor was quite old and it wasn't as clean as I would have liked.
The hotel lobby smelled like someone had just smoked. Our room smelled like someone had used an entire can of fabreeze. The free "breakfast" was very disappointing.
The hotel was so run down and they facility had no parking. Had to park my car 2 blocks away. The room was so small and cramped.
