"This hotel needs some work done."

It's a big room and kinda clean

The furniture is outdated the people outside were loud. We had no blankets had to get it from the front desk. Some of the lights don't work. Need some security.

The website says there is a pool, its not functional. Our reservation was for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. There was no fridge or even a trash can in the room. The only sink in the room would not drain at all. The bathroom and shower was terrible. We had a lamp in the room but the shade was broken and on the floor. The breakfast was literally 2 types of cereal and waffle maker. They did have decent coffee but the juice machine was down. The employees were nice and apologizing for the website not being updated.

"Very Unhappy - not as described on Hotels.com"

Was in town for a family reunion. Walls had holes in them. Air wasn't working properly. Toilet wouldn't flush correctly. All the water would drain from the bowl. Had to flush again before you could use it. Fridge and microwave nasty. No coffee pot. Pool not available. Very bad section of town. People hanging out in parking lot with loud music and yelling most of the night. Only time it was calm was when the storm came in. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE. To mad to take any pictures.

The staff they tried to accommodate us with our request

The floor was torn apart. The wash clothes and towels were stained had insects coming out of the sink drain. Peoples outside 3 am talking loud
