I went to the property and waited at the front desk for the hour. They had no one working so I got another hotel

Property was terrible disgusting. I would not recommend this property. Bed had bugs, carpet had stains and sofa chair as well. Room smelled like a thousand cigarettes. Bathtub was badly stained. Property does not look nothing like the pictures. DO not book this property. As soon as i walked in the room i walked right back out with my family and the manager had the nerves to tell me he could not refund me the first night mind you i did not stay at all. This is terrible and the front desk look like they on some drugs.

I didn't like anything.

Our room was dirty. There was a bad smell, it smelled like vomit. There were stains everywhere on the walls, including a piece of chewed up gum. There was an unwrapped bar of soap left in the shower as well. Me and my husband did not stay as we felt too uncomfortable.

I didn’t have breakfast because I requested a refund. It was terrible. They need to close the place down.

Not family friendly. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. It didnt feel safe or clean.

We asked them to change her sheets and pillowcases. They didn’t do it so we decided to leave and the fridge was disgusting on the inside.

The restroom was decent, but the shower head was not functional like a standard shower. There was no proper hand soap or body wash provided either. For nearly the same price, you can stay at a Holiday Inn, which offers a much better experience. The staff were okay, but when I checked out a day early, they seemed upset about it. I was told I would be refunded for the unused night—hopefully that refund actually goes through. Overall, I truly regret staying here and would not recommend it to others. Also, bed were very small (we booked the 2 queens)

Room was full of bedbugs!!!! Will be contacting DHEC

Under renovation in very poor condition. No lightbulbs, no trash can. Would not recommend!
