Access was good. It is within walking distance of the airport. As soon as you walk in the lobby you can see that it's already been modernized. Staff was really good and on point. Should I go back to South bend I will definitely stay here again

The air conditioner and heater units are old. The first room I went into the buttons did not work on the unit. But staff was quick to move me to another room. That air conditioner and heater unit worked. But that unit as well was old and worn out but it worked. Breakfast was pretty good. Except for the biscuits. They really need to change where they get the biscuits from

"Dated, but clean, convenient to the airport, and comfortable."

Very convenient location near the South Bend airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport is a huge bonus. It is easy to access with just a phone call. Paid long term parking is safe and easy and reasonably priced.

The furnishings are dated. The included breakfast is basic, but there are hot options.

"Wouldn’t stay again"

We stayed so that we could have a quick trip to the Airport early the next morning. The room was filthy, the phone was so dirty and cord fell out when I went to call for an extra blanket. Curtains were broken and wouldn’t close, cobwebs everywhere, splatter on the walls and paint splatter from them painting ceiling. Love seat was horribly uncomfortable. We got minimal sleep!!!
