Great location as we were a vendor at the fairgrounds

Doing renovations first room ac didn't work so we got moved to an inside room( prefer outside room) the breakfast and entry area was always warm ac apparently wasn't working the whole stay ( 8 days) maybe they was replacing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Front desk clerk was super friendly and polite. Checl in was a breeze. Our room was clean with the exception of the floor which had a gritty feel leading me to believe it was not vacuumed properly. The caulk to the bathtub needs to be redone as it is cracked and missing. Linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast fare was filling and sufficient. We have stayed at thus property numerous times and will continue to do so when staying in Perry.
