Free breakfast was a great perk! Great location for us being across the street from the rodeo grounds

I had a neighbor complaining on my 1 year old crying for 5 minutes. Asked to move rooms when told them no went to my room to find roof was leaking so we had to move anyways. The room we purchased was not available so we got downgraded with no reimbursement. Got to our new room and the AC got overheated so housekeeping told us to evacuate until it was fixed saying it would be at least an hour. When speaking to the front desk they acted as though we owed them something due to the inconvenience. On our checkout day we went to the front for breakfast and 1/2 the breakfast bar was down only leaving coffee for drinks not even water!

"Terrible hotel service plan accordingly"

The rooms are adequate for the price. The hotel shuttle service to and from the airport is atrocious, plan accordingly. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

The place was under construction, which was not divulged, they did offer to cancel our reservation, but it was late and we were already there, staff was noice but poorly informed, there was no breakfast one morning with no warning the carpet in the hallway was full of dog hair. A room for 4 people and they kept only leaving 2 towels, even though we hung all our towels they would take them all and only leave us 2, so repeated walks to get towels for our room

Great location

The room was very dirty with dead bugs on the floor. The floor had not been swept. My granddaughter had flea like bugs crawling on her legs in our room. There was old toothpaste in the overflow drain in the sink. A container of salsa was in the refrigerator left by the prior person who stayed in the room. We barely got any sleep because we felt like we had bugs crawling on us. Would definitely recommend NOT staying there.
