The mold. The dirty room and the refund policy.

Room had a smell and visual evidence of molding. An aggressive amount of mold. Needs complete renovation and restoration.

I was disappointed that the breakfast did not have flavored creamer or any milk free options. Otherwise, our stay was great!!!

Remember this being very nice and would stay again.

Outdoor entrance. Felt unsafe

The staff were wonderful. We checked in and the woman at the front desk was very kind! When we went down for breakfast the next morning we were warmly greeted by the woman taking care of the buffet line. She was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast options were nice, a little something for everyone. We slept very well and it was peaceful. The beds were comfortable.

As we went to the room the halls smelled sooo bad. I'm not sure if it was the air freshener or what but wow. The halls were clean. Our room... Well we opened the door and it almost felt damp and had an odd odor also. Everything was extremely dusty but perfectly placed. Besides the odor, extreme dust and over all dampness the room was clean and tidy. The pillows on the beds... They were full size pillows(once upon a time) that were very old and flat...so they folded them into a square and found a crafty way to use the same pillowcases and make it like an envelope to keep the pillow in the small square. Some of the bedding was stained but you can tell it was obliviously clean. Our room was ground floor and next to the pool...we look out and there were dirty socks on the patio outside of the pool and inside the pool were empty domino boxes..and half eaten food. The mess was still there before we checked out.

When we arrived to check in, we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes before anyone arrived at the front desk. Once the desk clerk arrived, she wasn’t cordial. She acted like we interrupted her from whatever she was doing. Once we finally got in our room, we had to listen to people slamming doors. At breakfast the following morning, it was so loud! The facility needs more attention to the attitude of the staff. The next time we’re in the area, we will be looking at other facilities.
