Many things - the staff was professional and nice, location was super convenient, view was excellent, building seemed clean and secure.

Parking garage seemed very tight, but fortunately we had a small car.

Location,staff,food and charisma of this hotel. Glad we stayed here.

Got charged for parking which we didn’t need and not received refund as of yet, it was removed from bill but still charged!! No other issues at this property.

Die Lage am Fluss und Gateway Arch Allerdings war es die ganze Nacht extrem laut vom Verkehr her

Dusche hat nicht funktioniert wir konnten dann zwar am nächsten Morgen in einem anderen Zimmer duschen aber bei einem Preis von 280.— Dollar erwarten wir einen anderen Service Frühstück war sehr amerikanisch und es gab kein heißes Wasser keine Möglichkeit um einen Tee zuzubereiten Möbelierung sehr in die Jahre gekommen Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht sehr laut
