The front desk clerk was super nice and polite. We had room 213 which was one of the newly remodeled rooms. Super nice!

Vending machines were on 2nd floor and only 1 elevator.

Staff was friendly and accommodating due to the remodeling.

Parking was limited due to remodeling.

Since I booked 2 rooms, the desk clerk put us side by side which was a plus. It had all the convenience of a high end property, with the rooms roomy enough, very nice and clean, a fantastic shower, and a sweet surprise of a free dinner. It was quiet at night and parking was good !

There were 4 of us so I used the rolling cart for our luggage . Meandering the cart through one door and around ppl waiting to check in was a little of a task, especially not being able to see around the clothes and bags on the cart. Clerks seemed to take longer than expected, not very friendly, and $100. incidentals fee was charged to my card for both rooms, refunded in 3-7 days. …not a fan of that! The A/C took several hours to cool off the room . All in all it was a nice stay and made our trip to Grandview Hospital much quicker . Side note: Also I’m not a fan of employees showing cuddles between themselves. It’s not professional, no matter the gender .

Loved how pretty the grounds were and that it was nice and quiet. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. We stayed in a room with a King bed and a pull out sofa. Everything was in the room for the pull out sofa. Everything was very comfortable. Even though the property is undergoing some construction it was still great.
