Reasonable price, pet friendly, easy access from highway, clean facility, friendly staff, the included snack meal and adult beverages.

There is ongoing construction, it didn’t affect me as I arrived after it ceased and left before it resumed. Also, the pet fee of $50 seems a bit high.

Hotel was under renovation.

The food was exceptional.

Amazing staff! Friendly, welcoming, kind, funny! Very clean. Nice rooms. I was worried how it would be since we got such a good deal, but we were NOT disappointed. Would stay here again!

The room was very clean new very quiet and the walls were well insulated and I did not hear noise outside except during the morning once construction began. They are remodeling part of the hotel and they have done a fantastic job if my room was one that was recently remodeled. Unfortunately the problem with most hotels is the spring damper door closer is way too powerful and it is hard as hell to get the luggage cart inside the room because there's no way to grab the luggage cart when you're on the side trying to force the door to stay open.

The price was higher than I wanted. And the door closer was too powerful. Everything else was top rate, top notch. I guess I didn't like the luggage cart because it has no way to grab from the front end or the steering wheels are. If there had been a place to grab, I would have been able to get inside the door without fighting against the excessively powerful door spring. Maybe they could fix it by putting a eye hook in the wall and a latch on the door that can lock the door in the open position so that you can get behind the luggage card and steer it inside.

I would have liked to know that they were doing construction on the property it probably wouldn't have changed my decision to stay there but knowing would have been beneficial.

Construction and gym was closed

My wife was scheduled for a medical visit at Grandview Hospital. This hotel is 5 minutes away at best. It proved to be one of the best hotels we have stayed recently. The room was very quiet and the bathroom was designed just right. The showerhead could be reached and adjusted, pressure great and instantaneous hot water. The lighting was bright, but not glaring. Can highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and on top of all that, the staff was excellent.
