The hotel was fairly quiet when I visited so for most of the stay there was no problem getting sun beds by the pool - the staff were fantastic the room was clean and comfortable and the food was very good. Great location for visiting local restaurants and the square always had some activities in the evening.

Quite a few stairs and no elevator so may present some challenges for people with mobility issues.

The property grounds are beautiful and the room was large and very comfortable.

My room was in the last building, on the top floor, right above the very busy street behind. It was extremely loud with traffic and people, and all the goings on into the wee hours of the morning for both nights that I was there. The room is called Arbol de la Vida, and make sure you do not get this one. I was surprised there wasn’t a small fridge in the room. There would be plenty of space to have this small convenience for guests.

In a great location near the Gallery area with a large restaurant scene Very friendly staff..

Rooms need an upgrade. Towels were rough and pool towels raggedy.Limited English TV. No room telephone to call front desk. Spotty housekeeping. No WiFi for two days w/o backup plan
