It's a beautiful hotel that is centrally located with shops and restaurants around.

The hotel is nice. The food is terrible. And overpriced Also, the Wi-Fi is horrific if you’re staying in a room that is below the pool be prepared to not be able to do anything. They also should upgrade their TV so that people can use their own Netflix accounts and what not.

Really cool hotel with a great pool in the patio. The staff was very friendly during check in and at the bar/restaurant. I liked my room, but it had almost no natural light (not their fault). I didn't love that it was a shared balcony with the room next door (it didn't feel super secure as a solo woman traveler). Room was very clean and spacious and had good air conditioning. The first night there was some huge event going on until late into the night with music blasting, which they apologized for and said that it was not normal at all to have the noise. Sure enough, it was really quiet the next night. I would definitely recommend this spot for people who want to interact with San Jose del Cabo instead of being at the beach resorts.

Casa Natalia is a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in art distric t of San Jose de Cabo. There are a number of wonderful restaurants around and it's ambience is amazing. The surrounding plaza is great for exploring the culture and experience of Cabo.

A great location in centro. Amazing staff from April (Abril) to Fernando and Christian. A very special mention goes to Tina. She is such a ball of energy and sunshine. Always a smile on her face and always happy to see you. We love her ❤️ We booked a suite with a SPA tub on the patio. Great space, clean. The only downside about our suite is it backs into a main street so you hear all the traffic noise day and night. Thank goodness for ear plugs. Food service is very good. They even accommodated some request for our vegan diet.

We came down for breakfast one day, requested the same thing as we did every day (fruits and small salad and we mentioned avocado toast) immediately Cesar stated "i will have to charge you $10 US dollars for each!" Not saying let me see what was done before and come back to us. He just wanted the money. And $10 for a tiny bowl of arugula and some tomatoes is a rip off. He was argumentative, rude and obnoxious about it. After that run in, we saw him not even 5 minutes later and asked him to cancel. He told us it was already done and ready and went away to get it. He returned 15 minutes later with it. So much for being ready. He later apologized to my wife and I refused to have any dealings with him. The thing for me is not the money. If it was, I would not have stayed for a week here. It was the way he approached the situation. He should have checked first what was done then tell us about the money. Had he done so, I would not have had any issues. Needs some people skills training to tone it down a bit.

Very cool design hotel with a lot of taste. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

clothing items went missing , I'm thinking they were taken with the towels or something? but it included colorful linen pants, and I turned the room upside down and could never find them cleaning staff also left our room unlocked
