The Surin Phuket

Ein sehr schöner Bungalow inmitten einer traumhaften Tropenlandschaft mit Sicht aufs türkisblaue Meer! Ja, man muss Treppen steigen können, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Aussicht wars wert. Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und freundlich, die Anlage und der Bungalow sind sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet unglaublich vielfältig. Einfach toll! Wir haben uns im Surin sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ansprüche und das Verhalten mancher Gäste den Angestellten gegenüber. Nur weil man sich eine solche Unterkunft leisten kann, ist man nicht besser als die Menschen, die dort arbeiten und einen Topjob machen.

A truly relaxing place: an unbeatable beachfront location with a wonderful view from your own cottage, surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, and flowers – or, if you prefer, up in the hills. What more can you say? Ocean views at breakfast, with a spread that ranges from delightful ginger tea and egg-white frittata to wonderful fresh fruit, followed by genuine relaxation at the spa or on a beach shared only with the Amanpuri. Exceptionally warm service is always included. In 17 years, this has been my third and most beautiful stay in Phuket. Thank you to the entire team – an absolute recommendation.

Very disappointing stay at this hotel, it looks amazing on the photos, however we felt it was quite different in reality. The rooms are not especially large for the money, the standard of the decor is appalling for such a supposed high end resort. Window frames have been patched badly and painted over, windows don’t shut properly either. Stained sofa cover and blinds. I wouldn’t tolerate the state of the room in my own house , so why is it okay when you are paying a premium to stay here. The whole resort looks very tired and dated, acres of drab grey granite on walls and floors do not inspire a tropical retreat look , more like 90s office block. Maybe if they actually bothered to polish the floor it might improve the look. Everything painted grey too seems at odds with the rich planting of the landscape. Service was mixed, reception staff amazing despite not being asked if we enjoyed our stay. Sat on the beach and not once asked if we wanted a drink from the bar as the staff huddled together chatting. Food is okay but in a soulless cavernous dining room. It feels like this is desperate for a make over, worst 5 star hotel we had in a three week stay in Thailand.

Es liegt phantastisch in der wundervolle Bucht Surin. Der Strand ist traumhaft nur die Wellen sind sehr stark dass man kaum baden kann. Die Mitarbeiter waren unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und großartig betreut. Vielen Dank an Andrew und Team!

Arrived early and the hotel kindly kept our luggage so we could explore the town. Had lunch at one of the stalls opposite the hotel – super convenient! The Surin provides buggy service to the main road and back to the lobby, which made moving around effortless. Special thanks to Care from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful. I had a meeting before check-in, and she arranged a meeting room for me—truly thoughtful service. Tried the signature Surin spa treatment—highly recommend! The therapist was excellent. Our room was spacious, spotless, and faced the beachfront. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and breezy winds was just magical. Breakfast was great, and both the main restaurant and the beach restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, we loved the serenity and warm hospitality of The Surin Phuket. A perfect paradise! 🌴✨

This is an amazing property, private beach, great room that are very well appointed, excellent service all perfect for quite relaxing just not much to immediately around the area, need to drive to go to other restaurants ! But will definitely be back !
