O atendimento dos colaboradores é algo de primeiro mundo. Todos muito solícitos e educados. O hotel, apesar de antigo tem muito zelo pelas acomodações. Tudo limpinho, organizado, funcionando, chuveiro com água quentinha e com muita pressão. Roupas de camas limpíssimas. Frigobar abastecido. Café da manhã muito gostoso e tudo isso a um preço muito atrativo.

Fica bem no centro da cidade o que afeta a sensação de segurança principalmente em horários noturnos. Apesar disso, há um recuo para o taxi/uber parar e desembarcar bem em frente à entrada do hotel e durante o dia fica uma viatura parada na porta do hotel o dia inteiro (uma esquina). À noite, não dá para sair a pé. O ponto mais negativo do hotel para mim é que no período noturno os quartos não são silenciosos, mesmo em andar alto, seja por barulho da rua ou por barulho dos exaustores do hotel e também de barulhos estranhos e periódicos. Teve uma noite que parecia haver um moedor de cana acionando a cada 10 minutos (apenas parecia, claro). Para quem tem sono leve, isso pode ser um problema.
