JÁ CONHECIA O HOTEL, HOSPEDEI-ME LÁ EM 2012. A RECEPÇÃO FOI MUITO SOLICITA E NOS MUDOU PARA UM QUARTO COM 4 CAMAS, POIS DEVIDO AO HORÁRIO NÃO SERIA POSSÍVEL COLOCAR UMA CAMA EXTRA. CAMAS CONFORTÁVEIS, CHUVEIRO FORTE, LIMPEZA MUITO BOA E CAFÉ-DA-MANHÃ UM ESPETÁCULO!

Localização excelente, perto de tudo.

As janelas dos quartos para a Av. Ipiranga tem isolamento péssimo e como o momento é intenso na região, muito barulho e atrapalha o sono. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de salgados.

O bairro é muito agitado. Mesmo no 11 andar, barulhos de motos e carros incomodam o sono num sábado à noite

Localização, staff da recepção, agua saborizada na recepção, café da manhã. Parabenizo a honestidade do/da professional de limpeza que ao encontrar 10 reais ( que eu nem havia percebido que caiu) o deixou em lugar que eu pudesse ver ao chegar.

A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, não varreram ou passaram pano nenhum dos 3 dias em que estive lá.

El desayuno muy bien y la atención del personal es muy buena también.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, seria bueno que tuviera algun amenitie..(Sauna-Gym-Hidromasaje)
