Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so exceptional clean. I love that the shower and tub were separate.

"Clean but disappointing"

I liked that it was close to the convention center.

Fire alarm went off when we were sleeping, the whole building was evacuated, the wall paper in the room was lifting.

"Disappointed"

The location is great and the hotel is super clean well maintained

We booked a double bed room with 2 queen sized beds but we got a room with king sized bed with a couch. The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. Also the walls are paper thin in the rooms and the next door neighbors were not quiet at all to say the least. The Starbucks in the lobby is highly overpriced and you can’t skip tipping when paying
