Great location if coming into or out of Ohare. Convenient shuttle and uber isn't expensive either. Decent size rooms and clean. Maybe a little short staffed on weekends or late nights but does the job.

Great location, fairly clean, good cookies, great airport shuttle and driver.

Toilet was plugged by previous resident and never flushed properly; no heat in our room and no blankets available; no hot water on a couple of occasions so I took a couple of cold/lukewarm showers; view of parking garage.

"Doubletree Rosemont - Seibou is the Best Guest Services Professional Ever"

My airline has a new travel contractor, and I showed up to the front desk without a reservation and the hotel was overbooked. Seibou at the front desk has it under control. He is literally the best guest services professional I’ve encountered checking into a hotel in my multiple years traveling as a pilot. Without my help, he already knew how to contact my company travel contractor to find a room. He also saved me again, grabbing my work badge and calling me to get it. He has also helped a number of other pilots from my company with this same problem. Through it all, he was extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. Thank you Seibou!
