"Great M Lounge and Front Desk personnel"

The M Lounge staff is sensational. I stayed 2 nights (3/19 and 3/20) and both service members were friendly and engaging. They make you genuinely feel like they value your loyalty. Props to them. The front desk staff was also great! We stayed in a suite that was spacious and funtional. The hotel location is positioned perfectly near Legacy East. I recommend this hotel.

"Great Location, Lovely Place, Nice Staff"

The Marriott at Legacy Town Center is in a great location. Many years ago, I chose it on the advice of a local friend, but had not been here in the years since it was refreshed. The place is lovely. It seems to be geared towards large business gatherings during the week. The staff is very nice and friendly - especially Lisa at the front desk. She greeted me everyday with a smile and was very helpful answering questions and making suggestions on where to dine, etc. She is an asset to the company! My only negative experiences were with my room, which was lovely but had a "broken" safe when I checked in. I called it in and a friendly woman named Beverly from Security came pretty quickly. She was able to determine that it just needed a battery, but had to call Maintenance to get that changed. A man named Luis came and switched it out in minutes, so the problem was solved. I also had a noisy neighbor the first night which was frustrating, but it happens. Overall, I will definitely stay there again!

"I Love This Place"

I love this place. 2nd time staying here. I travel for my job and this location is near my work site. Parking is easy, the M club is very nice. Staff is really friendly and Housekeeping is definitely on top of the details. As a female traveling alone, this place feels secure and safe. The grounds are well kept, well-lit, and property is in a nice area with walkable shops and dining close by. There is a lovely park and pond accross the street too. Looking forward to the next time!

I have yet to receive my deposit back that I had to put down prior to check in … it still says pending , which is very concerning
