Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

Awesome place, nice staff and great area. Approve 100%

Easy check in and we got to our room and all looked good. The rooms are quiet except our toilet was loud when it filled back up the tank after flushing. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well especially with the blackout curtains.

The worst Marriott experience of my life. I have been staying at Marriott branded hotels for over 45 years. Normally the experience is outstanding, but not this time. We were staying there as a team hotel for soccer. There were multiple teams staying there. Our granddaughter had an 8 am game on Sunday morning which meant we had to get up and around by 5:45 am. The hotel was hosting a wedding for over 400 people in the ballroom. We were on the third floor and the music from the party was so loud that it was shaking our windows and our bed!! It kept going until after midnight! When we said something to the front desk staff their reply was, “Well, the hotel makes a lot of money from weddings each year.” They eventually gave us some credit on our bill, but that doesn’t make up for lack of sleep, especially for players needing to play their best. This location needs to decide if they are a wedding venue or a hotel!! If nothing else, let people know ahead of booking what is going on so they can make a decision about where to stay. The room was okay and the staff friendly, but the point of a hotel is for the guests to have a room where they can actually rest. I may or may not stay at any other Marriott properties after this experience, but I will NEVER stay at this property again.

The Marriott is a perfect location and was a beautiful property. The service was excellent and we plan to stay again during our future trips to Plano!

Location was great - easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The room was lovely - a good amount of space and well set up for working with a desk and sofa with a table. Bed was comfortable. Nice amenities as well.

Nothing - was only there a short time and everything was great for what I needed.

Pretty expensive considering what you get. Not a bad stay by any means but, we frequently stay in Dallas and FW and considering my room view was their 2nd or 3rd floor rooftop, no driving service, you have to pay daily to valet, and the room was pretty basic the price point doesn’t make sense for me. We will probably visit another hotel next time.

Great hotel

The staff was amazing and they were very helpful.I would comeback. The food servers were amazing!!! If you want a clean and friendly experience this is the Hotel to stay at. The rooms were also very clean and they had the best hot water!! I am going to come back.

Parking

This is an excellent Marriott property located adjacent to Legacy Town Center. My wife and I have stayed here several times over the years and have enjoyed the easy access to some of the top restaurants in the North Dallas area. The hotel staff were welcoming upon our arrival and very helpful in accommodating our requests. The breakfast at the Copper Creek Restaurant located at the hotel was outstanding and we especially enjoyed the omelets and waffles prepared by Victor. Our room was very comfortable, modern, well furnished and had a great view of the fountain and park area adjacent to the hotel.
