The Crossroads Hotel and Suites Irving

The room was clean but unfinished ,ladder left in room drywall in bathroom was tacky ,wasn't mudded correctly,the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly,weatherstripping on front door loose and barely attached ,all was going well until check out time of 11am ,I arrived in office at 10:55 the clerk was on the phone with someone and when she got off I thanked her for the friendly service ,I stayed there 7 days and after I left I noticed a 15 dollar charge for late fee ,I'm like really time stamp on receipt was 11:03 ,now ,there's a sign on the wall at service desk that states late fee charged after 11:30 am ,I ckd out at 11:03 and she charged a late fee ,I went back in and she was gone and a new clerk says he can't do anything about it I would have to talk with her and she won't be back till about 430 or 5 ...so I left and called back and left a message and emailed also ,I never heard back from her ,so watch your receipts they will keep your card on file and charge you what they feel like .

Well I was in a room I book on first floor do to im disabled can't really climb stairs do to a hip replacement I went in this morning to pay for my room the guy in there said someone had book my room so they had to move me upstairs how to u book a room for someone if someone is already in that room I never heard of that and u moving me to second floor knowing I had hip replacement and foot surgery and I got to climb stairs I have no balance and y'all did not even put me near no elevators at all I don't appreciate that at all never heard of someone booking a room why it's occupied and moving the other person out that was wrong and discrimination to a disabled person
