The hotel room had multiple cockroaches when I approached the front desk they said they had just sprayed for them. They offered me another room and when I went to that room it also had multiple cockroaches. They did say they would make arrangements to refund my money but I was not happy nor willing to stay there The staff was accommodating.

It was next door to an event we were attending

room was disgusting. Dirty and not maintained at all. Pipes starting banging at 5:30 in the morning. It was horrible.

Price, staff.

Jacuzzi was the only reason we got the room, it didn't work. Otherwise the stay was fine but don't advertise a jacuzzi room when it's just a big bathtub.
