"Staff is horrible and they have roaches."

Flexibility when it comes to long stays.

The staff was terrible. Irving PD is terrible. After getting arrested, the hotel threw all of my personal items away because they “couldn’t contact me”. Which isn’t true, because as soon as I was released I spoke to the site manager and the advised I’d have to pay a storage fee in order for me to receive my items. It was just very unorganized and unprofessional.
