Dirty and run down

Very bad beds, moldy bathroom, just extremely rundown and non-maintained hotel. Avoid.

It was close to the road I need for my destination (south) and also to return home (west).

They took a refundable security deposit. There is nothing to damage in the room. The entire facility has one (1) microwave. The walls were needing of repair and painting. I took a shower at Anytime Fitness - which is just down the road. Lots of construction workers.

We pulled into the parking lot and turned around. it was very dirty and scary.

They have bed bugs and cock roaches i asked for my money back so I could get a room somewhere else and then the person at the front desk cussed me out and demanded I leave the property I was paid up til Friday I was doing what they asked they called the police and he said I wasn't doing anything wrong so I am now walking to Missouri and im reporting them I already called the business bureau and im calling the health department and housing inspections in waterloo and im going to call other places now I have no money they stole god last two nights so im walking all night I also lost everything i owned.i left the room cleaner then I found it and caused no problems they were totally in the wrong and treated me badly.

Roaches! Disgusting carpets were crunchy bedding was awful

Was a lot of kids running down the halls and yelling until 2 am but other than that not bad.

I did not like anything when we pulled up the the hotel there where people outside on the property getting drunk there where people on the side walk drinking couldn't even get by without saying excuse me blocking the door way had to call the police because these drunk Mexican man tried luring my kids to their cars it's was horrible and very scary tried talking to the front desk and she was very very rude about it

Everything the experience was horrible beyond measures

You pay for what you get. There wasn't anything outstanding. The gathering of people out back partying made myself and son uncomfortable.

We had 2 rooms and it is close to Lost Island and restaurants/shopping. The good: I thought the beds were comfortable for simple platform beds. AC worked. The room was tidy and simple. In both rooms the sinks leaked, there was duct tape on the pipes. Our bathroom wall was dirty and I saw a few small bugs in the bathroom. The other room, the walls had some sticky crap on them, it was gross. I heard some guy complaining to the desk anout the duct tape on his shower head. No breakast, probably a good thing. For a cheap sleep we were ok.
