The owner sat in our room for over 30 minutes tried to fix our TV which never got done then I had to ask for an upgrade which he finally did however then the whirlpool suite was dirty we had to actually clean it ourselves I would like my $ back plz

I did not like the fact when I first got into the room, I felt funny. I inspected the whole room. The room was dirty all the way through. I went and told the cashier about it. She offered to switch me rooms, but I was afraid that I would be disgusted again. I just told her to refund me my money and I will be on my way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely not be staying at a dirty hotel like that. Thanks

Room had roaches

Website did not dmentioned the facility dies not have an elevator to push the baggage to the room. The customers propped the back door when they went outside. Other customers do not feel safe that way. The facility needs upgrades like the door in the back, no shampoo or conditioner, no microwave❓❓❓

Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable

Seems like there were permanent people living there and they allowed their kids to run and scream in the hallway. Outside security lock for our room was broken, bathroom door lock was hanging down.

Talked with the owner/manager of the establishment about some items in the room. Floors had bits of mud on them, there was nasty liquid stuck to the wall/baseboard, a left over ice cream sandwich left in the freezer, all the clear cups for water had burn holes in them, a/c wasn't cold, the entry door lock/latch was broke, the entry doors hinges were loose so I practically had to kick the door in upon every entry, bathroom door knob was about to fall off. After talking with her, she said I will investigate this and call you back tomorrow with what she found out. She never contacted me at all and never offered me a refund for a least 1 night. I hope she gets to read this.
