Toilet broken, noise level, lots of loitering, people smoking in the hotel, had to leave and go someplace else for the night.

"Not smoke free"

The room was ok and the bed was comfortable, what I expected for the price. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, however my room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Not clean and left and room door was open when i got back things were missing out was unsafe and the staff tried to enter my room without knocking or permission to enter

You cannot bring your children. No breakfast. No housekeeping or clean towels every day. Very bad crowd. Its okay of grown ups but certainly not okay to bring children.

Pool was closed. Everything was in disrepair. Fire extinguisher was missing from box. Our friends' room didn't even have a latching door. My room was given away when my things were in it. Then instead of moving the other people they tried to give my room to, they took my things and put them in the office. Will never stay here again. What a nightmare.

The price was good.

Didn't have a microwave in the room like it said. There was an something on the wall of the bathroom. There were blotches of paint on the walls everywhere in the room.

"Wouldnt stay again if it was free"

No microwave pool hasnt been in service for a long long time over 7 months the fridge wouldnt stay shut and we only had bottles of water 6 of them so it wasnt over full they did have hot showers but the shower head could use replaced lime build up for sure

Did not get $20 deposit back. When I called the man said that was last week so no refund. I was waiting to see if it went back to card. Man was very rude over phone. Don't stay there. Place was dirty and room was hot even with air on. Very bad experience.
